Our Pastor

Pastor Watking S. Todd

The Reverend Watking S. Todd was born October 22, 1970 in
Biloxi, Mississippi. His family later moved to D’Iberville, Mississippi
where he completed his high school education from D’Iberville High
School in 1988. After graduation Rev. Todd enrolled into the University
of Southern Mississippi. There he received a Bachelor of Science
Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. He
later attended the D. Edwin Johnson Bible Institute of Dallas, TX, under
the curriculum of Pastoral Care.


He is married to Chandra E. Todd of Fort Worth, TX. He has two children, daughter Chanyn A. Todd, and son Chaun W. Todd. Since his early youth, at the Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church, Rev. Todd has been actively involved in the service of the church. By having previously served as Vice President of the Youth Dept, Vice President of the Young Adult Choir, President of the Sanctuary Choir and Bible class teacher.


He was licensed and later ordained at the Mount Olive Missionary
Baptist Church in Fort Worth, Texas under the tutelage of Pastor
William Timothy Glynn. Rev. Todd served as a Sunday school
teacher and Men’s ministry bible teacher at the Mount Olive Missionary
Baptist Church.


Among the gifts and talents which God has blessed Rev. Todd, none
are more meaningful and fulfilling to him than preaching and teaching
the Word of God. Rev. Todd has been blessed to preach throughout this
country. He is extremely sensitive to the fact that it is because of God’s
grace and mercy that he is here today. And he gives all praises and glory
to God the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
